Huge well done to all our incredible players who braved the scorching heat at the 139th Wenlock Olympics held at William Brookes School over the weekend. They all showed amazing dedication and true Olympian spirit.
A massive shout-out to the Wenlock Olympian Society & Liam J. Hennessy for organising such a fantastic event. And of course huge thanks to all the players, our opposition, and the brilliant umpires for embodying the Olympian values of excellence, friendship and respect throughout the competition.
We entered a team in each category and with added bonus all came home with a medal.
U8s Mixed - Bronze, U10 Boys - Gold, U10 Girls - Bronze, U14 Mixed - Silver, Adult Mixed Plate - Gold & Adult Mixed Cup - Gold.
