Training

We are currently finalising the training schedule for the upcoming 2024/25 season. Please come back to this page shortly to see the new schedule in action!

Our club offers one of the best training and coaching programmes in the Midlands using coaches with experience that ranges from International standard through to parents who have taken up the sport after their children have become involved in the club and they now have the required EHB accredited Coaching Assistant qualifications.

There is a core team of Head Coaches, supplemented by Coaching Assistants who deliver sessions to our members. 

Training will begin on for Seniors on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 and Juniors from Monday 4th September 2023

The weekly schedule will be as follows and will continue until the end of March 2024. 

All paid up members of the club are eligible to train but subscriptions must be paid by 30th September. No one will be able to train if they have not paid their subscription by this date. 

Junior Age Groups

U8s - Born 1st Sep 2015 or later (School Yrs 3 and below as of Sep 2023) 

U10s - Born between 1st Sep 2013 to 31st Aug 2015 (School Yrs 4 & 5 as of Sep 2023) 

U12s - Born between 1st Sep 2011 to 31st Aug 2013 (School Yrs 6 & 7 as of Sep 2023)

U14 - Born between 1st Sep 2009 to 31st Aug 2011 (School Yrs 8 & 9 as of Sep 2023)

U16s - Born between 1st Sep 2007 to 31st Aug 2009 (School Yrs 10 & 11 as of Sep 2023)

U18s - Born between 1st Sep 2005 to 31st Aug 2007 (School Yrs 12 & 13 as of Sep 2023)
