Men's 4th XI Vs Stafford 5

From the start of this match it looked like Telford meant business. Some slick routines in warm and a good pre match chat set the team up nicely for what could have been a difficult encounter with Stafford.

The first 10 minutes were fairly even before a penalty flick was awarded to Telford and despatched by Tom. The pressure on the Stafford goal then continued and before long Scotty was breaking into the D before putting in a spectacular dive to ensure the ball made it to Roger to tap in. 

Stafford were not out of the game and had a few chances, but were ultimately thwarted by the pace and slick passing that resulted in Ian finding Luke in front of the goaly to tap home a third before Matt and Chris combined to make it 4-0. In the last few minutes Telford kept the pressure on and were rewarded when Josh and Leo combined to make the fianla score 5-0.
